  • Skills development and versatility of members of the department

Plan:

  • Annual operating and capital budgets, forecasting operating, maintenance, and capital expenditures in the short and long-term range
  • Assessments associated with bringing new ore zones at McClean into production

Implement:

  • Evaluation, design, or development of modifications to existing installations and operations to achieve long term sustainable cost savings and quality improvements within the group
  • Programs that foster the development of team members receiving the required training in terms of regulations, the collective agreement, crew flexibility, and supervisor development
