Overview

Step into a career-defining opportunity with Orano USA, a global leader in nuclear innovation, as we launch Project IKE—a cutting-edge uranium enrichment facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As Business Support Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of building one of the most advanced clean energy infrastructures in the country.

This isn't just another Business Support Analyst role. You'll support the Senior Project Manager and project leadership by providing strategic, commercial, and governance-focused support. This role bridges project execution with business strategy and ensures leadership and stakeholders receive clear, timely, and decision-ready information. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, concise messaging and executive-level reporting for senior management and project stakeholders using a strategic and governance-focused mindset.
  • Gather, consolidate, and synthesize inputs from the project team to support commercial, strategic, and reporting needs.
  • Provide coordination and analytical support to the Project Manager on commercial and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with tracking action items, milestones, and deliverables related to business, governance, and reporting functions.
  • Support alignment between technical execution, commercial objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related business discipline.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience preparing leadership-facing materials and time-sensitive reporting.

 

Desired skills

  • Experience supporting large, complex projects, preferably in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with project governance, commercial strategy, and executive reporting.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and big-picture awareness.


This position requires access to classified national security information.  In accordance with U.S. government regulations governing such access, only U.S. citizens (natural born or naturalized) are eligible for a security clearance.  Applicants must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a clearance to access classified national security information.
