Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Juridique Droit Financier, M&A, Restructurations & Droit des Sociétés du Groupe, le/la juriste aura notamment les missions suivantes :
De formation juridique supérieure type master 2, le/la juriste doit justifier d'une expérience minimum de 3 à 5 ans en direction juridique droit des sociétés acquise au sein d’un groupe.
Le/la juriste doit avoir un niveau d’anglais courant et une bonne maitrise des outils informatiques.
Le/la juriste doit associer rigueur et implication. Il/elle doit également avoir une bonne faculté d’adaptation, de très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles et un bon sens des priorités.
