Recrutement :

  • Pilotage des campagnes alternance (édition des offres, entretiens, onboarding)
  • Suivi du Plan de recrutement
  • Edition des offres d’emploi

Gestion administrative RH / Personnel :

  • Edition des courriers aux salariés (disciplinaire, démission, retraite,...)
  • Suivi des reportings RH mensuels
  • Entretiens de sortie de groupe
  • Entretiens d'intégration

Relations sociales :

  • Participation aux réunions des Représentants de proximité et CSSCT
  • Rédaction et diffusion des compte-rendu des réunions

Communication :

  • Animation des réunions RH mensuelles opérationnelles avec les managers
  • Animation communication interne (harcèlement, handicap...)

Formation :

  • Suivi formation d’accès aux sites nucléaires (PP58 - PASS)
  • Mise à jour du logiciel de gestion des habilitations (WOL)
Requirements

Tu prépares un Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines en alternance.

Tu es dynamique, rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome.

Tu disposes idéalement d'une première expérience (stage, alternance) en ressources humaines.

Tu as une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques tels que Powerpoint et Excel.
