Vous travaillez en partenariat auprès de 8 directions juridiques spécialisées :
Vous contribuez à l'optimisation du fonctionnement quotidien et à la gestion efficace d'une équipe d'environ 20 personnes.
Vos principales missions :
Vous possédez un Bac +2 et bénéficiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans des fonctions similaires, idéalement auprès d’une Direction Juridique. Compétences spécifiques : - Pratique de l’outil SAP - Maîtrise du Pack Office, et en particulier PowerPoint - Aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle - Autonomie, communication et prise d’initiatives - Confidentialité - L’anglais serait un plus |
